In many of our customer partnership arrangements, systems links are required to ensure quick response
deliveries and ample supply. SFS intec maintains the highest level of communication and planning with
all of our customers; however, special situations require extra detail and attention. SFS uses advanced
software that allows automatic reporting on selling trends and restocking needs to guarantee supply and
timely delivery on both routine and not-so-routine orders. Special reporting allows the SFS Sales Team

Our customers often require the same or next day delivery to keep a project that has been changed or under
calculated moving forward and on schedule. SFS maintains six strategically located company-owned
warehouses in North America to provide this responsiveness to our customer base. Each
location within the system has an inventory of fasteners, custom selected for regional needs and the needs
of specific customer branch locations.
